After serving my country for 4 years, I have worked in the public Manufacturing and Service Industry for the past 30+ years. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Management from The University of Alabama in Birmingham. I also have a Certificate in Leadership Ministry from Highlands College. I have been married to my best friend for 41 years and we have two beautiful daughters. We also have three awesome grandchildren that we love spending every minute possible with. God has blessed us tremendously and I want to give back by helping others to grow and reach their full potential. The John Maxwell Leadership and Development Programs, as well as, DISC have helped me soar to levels I did not know were possible. After so many years in a leadership role, John Maxwell has taught me that leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less and that you gain influence with others by adding value to them.
