Gardendale Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic and parking violations, municipal ordinance violations, and misdemeanor offenses. The Municipal Court provides: administrative support to the judicial branch of city government, case docketing, case management, sentence monitoring, court fines collection and case load reporting. The Gardendale Municipal Court Judge, Prosecutor, and staff strive to ensure citizens and users of the Gardendale Municipal Court fair, impartial, and efficient service in as comfortable of an environment as possible.
